To promote the firm’s attendance at international property show ‘MIPIM’ in Cannes, MAB briefed us to produce a useful and memorable item to be handed out to potential new contacts.
We decided to produce a light-hearted ‘z card’ featuring a map of Cannes and also some ‘handy’ and humorous French phrases. The card also had background information on MAB’s property department. The ‘z card’ was a desirable format as it allowed us to covey a lot of information but it could be folded up and put in a pocket, making it more likely to be retained than a larger piece of DM.
Following this project we produced a more local DM campaign for the department. This was based on a series of ‘postcards’ showing the Milton Keynes office property partners ‘on tour’ at key local landmarks. The back of the cards offered handy tips/advice on property-related matters which were in a handwritten font.
