Copywriting – Engaging fee earners to write content for the company website is not the best use of their time; it’s also a lengthy and drawn out process. Our team of legal copywriters can do this for you. We can either perform a site visit, conduct an interview over the phone or write copy for individual services from scratch.
News feeds – We have access to the most up-to-date legal news. This means we can feed this directly into your site as a support to your own partnership news or instead... your choice. What’s better, it keeps your content dynamic... and we know this helps with search engine ranking.
*Articles – Our legal library contains the most up-to-date articles written. They cover every aspect for both “Private” and “Commercial” client law. And what’s better, we can offer them to create or support your own internal documentation.
*Newsletters – If you don’t have the time to produce a company newsletter, we can do it for you. We have a series of templates that can be modified to fit your brand and circulated to your client base directly or as a download from your website. We have 2 types available:
Content Management Systems allow you to update ALL dynamic and static content on your website. That means you don’t have to call us to make changes. It’s a simple to use system and is separated into 2 modules using a “What you see is what you get” interface…your browser.
Staff directory module – This allows you to add and remove staff from your website. It also automatically creates a VCF card that can be downloaded from the website. The module contains an image upload; which means you can use thumbnails of your staff if you want to.
Email engine – Keeping your clients up-to-date with what’s going on in your company and the industry, can be an important part of your brand. Our newsletters can be sent to a database through the Jellyfish Email Engine. These can be personalised to your brand so it doesn’t look like it's come from us.
Search engine – We can create a powerful search engine for your website, enabling visitors to search for content through keywords.
Statistics – Understanding who's visiting your site and the content they are viewing is an integral part of improving your website.
