Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) is one of the leading national providers of commercial real estate and investment services, boasting an unrivalled network of 28 offices, including locations in London, Manchester, Birmingham and Bristol.
The LSH Investment team approached Jellyfish to design and build a bespoke property portfolio website. The site needed to showcase high-value investment properties throughout the UK, allowing visitors to view investment information including documentation, images and location.
With an 8 week go-live deadline, the project had to be carefully specified and managed in order to hit their expectations. Jellyfish met with representatives from the Investment team and by working closely with them, produced an exact specification of the system that matched the delivery timescales and budget available.
A key aspect of the system was to encourage visitors to sign-up for an account so that LSH could gather essential contact information and generate more sales from their investment opportunities. In order to encourage this, Jellyfish designed the system to allow signed in users to add investments to their property briefcase and also give them access to new investment opportunities 48 hours before other visitors.
The whole site can be managed by the LSH investment team using a simple to use website administration system, including adding new investments, images, google map pins, documentation and investment agents.
