Rebranding project

Brief

Create a proposition, identity and visual style for the merger between Howard Kennedy & FSI. 

Solution

The proposition was born around the theme of "new perspectives" hinged on a multitude of inter-connected geometric shapes, the way they interacted with each other showed how Howard Kennedy FSI works…constantly adapting and changing to suit the diverse nature of their clients, underlining the brands single minded proposition. 

The identity is supported with a simple typographic solution - it is flexible, innovative and unique.

Borneo Martell Turner Coulston

Rebranding project

 

Brief

Create a new brand for the merger between Turner Coulston and Borneo Hughes Martell – two local and regionally focussed law firms covering a cross section of legal services.

The brand needed to be built around the clients identified core values of: Straightforward, Reliable, Efficient, Professional, Approachable and Honest.

Solution

Sometimes, the simpler something is... the better the outcome. Borneo Martell Turner Coulston’s main proposition is to simplify the legal world and give straightforward, honest legal advice to their clients.

To show this through the brand, a bracket shape is used as a visual funnel to ‘refine and simplify’ what can be a daunting world of legal complexities. The brand is playful, refreshingly simple, and unique.

Hallgarten Druitt

Wine List 2012

Brief

To create the definative wine list. Our brief was to produce an industry leading wine catalogue that would give Hallgarten Druiitt absolute competitive edge.

Target

Resturants, wine experts, enthusiasts and corporate buyers. 

Solution

We wanted to communicate the journey of wine through the eyes of Hallgarten, taking the consumer through the process of harvest to point of sale. The visual style was modern yet authentic; exploring a range of colour combinations and imagery to create a classical and sophisticatic style.

Results

The wine list brought the wow factor to Hallgarten Druiit; enabling then to sit proudly amongst the very best wine distributors on a global scale.

Novum Wines

Product Book 2012

Brief

To update Novum Wines' 2011 highly succesful product catalogue. The updated style needed to build upon last years strong positioning and help launch the brand into new, exciting markets.

Target

Trendy boutique café’s, gastro pubs, restaurants and bars and emerging markets.

Solution

The look and feel for the outer cover captures iconic graphical elements, representing new emerging markets and traget audiences in both Japan and Croatia alike. New illustrations and content were produced in the Novum style, helping to create a worthy addition to the Novum wine book range.

Results

Increased turnover and brand awareness contributed to Novum gaing further recognition as a leading wine distributor.

Famous 55

Branding

Brief

The famous Marbella Club Hotel needed a brand and logotype created that could be used on a new exclusive clothing and accessories range. The brand had to reflect the historic and exquisite offering by the hotel, beach club, spa and golf club.

Target

Visitors and clients of the Marbella Club. These include the jet-set, aristocrats and stars of the entertainment world.

Solution

The name was derived from the time when the hotel was founded. The typeface and lion icon are an evolution of the Marbella club logo; they portray history and exuberance also hinting at the exclusivity of this range.

Brief

As a top 50 UK law firm, Manches required a solution that streamlined the flow of information, whilst enhancing the visual communication of their brand to maximise online consumer engagement.

Solution

Identifying the most relevant information our client wanted to convey was key to the success of our creative strategy. We challenged and educated the client to really think about how consumers use digital channels to access information quickly and effectively. Once the information had been distilled we built a website that not only functioned to its maximum potential but looked great as well.

Results

Our solution provided a strong online presence that reflects their standing amongst comepitors in the legal market.

DHL

DHL branded awards entries

Brief

Design and produce electronic and printed entries for the 2012 Motor Trade awards. The submissions needed to reflect the close working partnerships between DHL and their partnering companies such as M&S and Nisa without overpowering or biased branding.

Target

2012 MT awards

Solution

We created a very simple but clean and professional template, using a base of grey tints to outline the flow of the pages and content. Crisp, well thought-out typography lifted key messages to be formatted into clearly defined sections. Aspects of the brand palettes in equal measure were introduced to help lift and balance pages which in turn accentuated the sections and detail.

Originally charged with the design and development of a new brand logotype, we have worked with Hallgarten Druitt for a number of years on a variety of brand and product communication. Our target market included high end trade, pub bistro and independent retailers.

Brief

Design, build and deliver a new website for FBC Manby Bowdler solicitors.

Solution

We wanted to create a website that reflected the existing strong visual identity of our client. Strong colours and shapes were utilised to embrace the existing brand collateral and enhance the user experience. Once into the main content of the site, information has been laid out for ease of information gathering.

Results

The visual style leaves clients in no doubt that FBC Manby Bowdler are a fresh, forward-thinking law firm that stand out from the crowd.
