We had an extensive brief involving evaluation, positioning, brand creation, roll out and new business generation. After evaluation we recommended the creation of two core brands: Walker smith Way Legal and Walkers Union. A strong visual identity was created to reflect the values and personality of the brands - improving perception of how they were seen, heard and experienced. Internal process change was recommended and a new BI system introduced to record client activity and measure marketing initiatives. A first response team was set up to handle calls and populate the BI system with prospect inquiries. Following brand launch we entered a retained relationship charged with developing organic PI leads and new business development of private and commercial clients. Two brands were employed to target the PI market. Walker Smith Way Ltd was used to target high value claims covering clinical negligence and serious injury. MWR was acquired to handle lower value lead generation.
